Stronger 1994 Sagl is a Swiss-based travel agency headquartered in Manno, Switzerland. The company specializes in organizing fitness travel experiences, combining premium hospitality with structured training programs.

2. Booking & Contract

A booking becomes binding once the client receives written confirmation and payment (deposit or full amount) is completed. By confirming a booking, the client accepts these Terms & Conditions.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit is required to secure the booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the departure date, as specified in the booking confirmation.

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and supplier conditions (hotels, airlines, partners).

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full charges.

5. Changes & Modifications

Changes requested by the client (dates, destinations, services) are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

6. Services & Third Parties

Stronger 1994 Sagl collaborates with selected hotels, resorts, airlines, and service providers. While we carefully select partners, we are not directly responsible for services delivered by third parties.

7. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability.

8. Health & Fitness Activities
Participation in fitness programs is voluntary. Clients confirm they are physically fit and responsible for their own health condition. Stronger 1994 Sagl is not liable for injuries resulting from participation.

9. Liability

Stronger 1994 Sagl is liable only within the limits of Swiss law. We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters

• strikes

• flight delays or cancellations

• political instability

10. Passport & Visa Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents, visas, and compliance with entry requirements.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with Swiss data protection regulations and used only for booking and service purposes.

12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lugano, Switzerland.
